  1. 6.0June 2026— Three-factor rate matrix
    • · Rate matrix now supports up to three configurable factors — name each axis anything (e.g. Year group, Class size, Teacher)
    • · Factor 3 adds a per-value 2D matrix selector: switch between rate sets with a tab, or fall back to base rates
    • · Adding a new Factor 3 value supports copying rates from an existing set with an optional flat $/hr adjustment
    • · All axis labels are fully editable inline; Factor 3 is disabled by default until named
    • · Invoice line descriptions and column headers update to reflect the centre's chosen factor names
    • · Invoice totals now show a three-line breakdown (Subtotal / GST / Total) for both GST and non-GST invoices
    • · Non-GST invoices include a footer note confirming GST has not been charged
