1. Who we are

Tutorsheet (“we”, “us”) is a timesheet and payroll tool for tutoring organisations, operated at tutorsheet.com.au. We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

2. What we collect

• Account information: name, email address, organisation name.
• Timesheet data: session records, hours worked, subjects, year groups, class sizes.
• Pay data: hourly rates and computed pay amounts.
• Student names entered against timesheet entries.
• Invoice details — collected only if the invoice feature is used:
  • User (contractor) details: full legal name, ABN, physical address, email, phone.
  • User bank details: BSB, account number, account name (used solely to populate invoice PDFs).
  • Admin invoice details: ABN, physical address, contact name.
  • RCTI consent status: whether a user has authorised the admin to create an RCTI on their behalf.
• Billing information: processed by Stripe — we do not store card details.
• Usage data: page-level performance metrics via Vercel Speed Insights.

3. How we use it

• To provide and operate the Tutorsheet service.
• To generate invoice and RCTI PDF documents on behalf of users.
• To process subscription payments via Stripe.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, invitations).
• To monitor and improve service performance.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, your data will be deleted within 30 days upon request.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@tutorsheet.com.au. We will respond within 30 days.
